Before the season begins, log your current baseline in your chosen categories. This serves as the foundation you will build upon over the coming weeks.

Gather your crew

Invite friends, gym partners, or coworkers. Groups of 4 to 10 work best to keep the collective energy up and accountability strong.

Log your progress

Commit to your routine. Update your numbers weekly in the app. Points are awarded based entirely on your personal growth relative to where you started.

Celebrate milestones

At the conclusion of the season, the participant with the highest total growth score is recognized. Reset your baselines, and start the next chapter.
